Tinker Field Rules
Tinker Field has some of the hottest games, concerts, and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.
Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy
Tinker Field works to be as accessible as possible for persons in need of ADA-approved assistance. This includes an Accessibility viewing area for most events to make it easier to see the show as well as careful design of the facilities to be fully wheelchair accessible. And if your wheelchair is rechargeable, then you can plug in at the accessibility services kiosk.
Please note that the venue does not provide guest wheelchairs for most events.
In addition, most events at Tinker Field, including the world famous Electric Daisy Carnival, provide the following additional accommodations.
- ADA Parking
- Hotel Shuttle Service
- ADA Entrances
- Accessibility Services Kiosk
- Accessible Viewing Area – Companions may be asked to stand in the back if capacity is reached)
- Service Animals are welcome (this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals)
- Effective Communication Requests including Braille/Large Font Print and Closed Captioning

Alcohol Policy
Florida and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). So ID is required for all alcohol purchases at Tinker Field.
Bag Policy
Management reserves the right to inspect bags. Guests refusing inspection requests may be barred entry.
Camera Policy
Professional cameras are not allowed without a photo pass requested by the event staff management. Standard cameras without detachable lenses or handheld video devices under 6’’ are usually permitted.
Child Policy
Children must have a ticket to attend a show if a show is an all-ages event. Any show that is age-restricted may not allow a minor to attend even with a parent or legal guardian present. Age-restricted events will also require an ID.
COVID-19 Related Policy
Please bring a copy of your vaccination card, digital vaccine record, or negative test results and be prepared to provide it at the entrance. A photo of your vaccination card, digital vaccine record, or negative test results on your phone will also be accepted.

Lost and Found Policy
Lost something at the show? No problem. You can call the field staff at (407) 440-5700 to inquire about a lost item
During EDC, lost items are taken to one of the Lost and Found booths.
Interior Lost & Found is located within Carnival Square.
Exterior Lost & Found is located between Gate C and Gate D, off of Speedway Blvd.

Exterior Lost & Found
Fri. 11:59PM – Sat. 7:30AM
Sat. 5PM – Sun. 7:30AM
Sun. 5PM – Mon. 4PM
After Monday at 4PM, all lost items will be taken to an off-site location in Los Angeles. In-person pick-ups or appointments will not be allowed.
Tinker Field does not claim responsibility for any lost items.
Mask Policy
Face masks may be required for concerts, shows, or events.

Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in the venue
- NO Aerosol products/cans
- NO Balls or Frisbees
- NO Bota bags
- NO Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (police, SWAT, fire, security, or medical) in any way
- NO Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys
- NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia
- NO Eye drops (available inside festival at the general store)
- NO Gas masks
- NO Glass, cans, cups or coolers
- NO Helium balloons
- NO Illegal substances
- NO Large chains or spiked jewelry
- NO Large purses, bags or backpacks (over 12″×12″)
- NO Laser pointers and air horns
- NO LED gloves or LED microlights used for light shows
- NO Liquid makeup
- NO Markers, pens or spray paint
- NO Massagers
- NO Open packs of cigarettes (upon entry)
- NO Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
- NO Over-the-counter medication (available inside festival at general store or from a first aid station)
- NO Pacifiers
- NO Pets
- NO Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)
- NO Stickers, flyers
- NO Stuffed animals or dolls
- NO Tents, large umbrellas, chairs or blankets
- NO Toy guns, water guns, slingshots
- NO Unsealed tampons or pads (upon entry)
- NO Weapon or weapon accessories of any kind, real or fictional (including whips, lightsabers, pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, fake weapons/props, etc.)
- NO Wind chairs/sofas
These could be subject to change per the artist request.
Tinker Field reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Re-Entry Policy
There is no re-entry allowed. Please do not leave until the show is concluded.
Smoking Rules
Tinker Field strictly prohibits the use of tobacco and smoking inside tmany areas of the venue. Event staff can direct you to areas where smoking is allowed.
